@Jonathan Klemm Hey, this is excellent information. So for the comps, I've found some near by the only thing is I can't tell if the updates on some properties are newer mainly because the owners most likely made their interior private that's 1 thing I've had a problem with. But I sent you a message some help would be great I would greatly appreciate it actually! Thanks! And I'll reach out to those agents as well for sure!

I'm looking to do rehabs in the Chicago area, any investors or Agents in the Chicago area that is knowledgeable in rehabs or fix and flips in this location could you please provide any tips, tricks or knowledge on investing in Chicago? What's the best way to run comps? What should I be looking for? How should I scale my business to look for opportunities? Anything would help. Also looking to do partnership too.
