getting better using VA

I am learning how to use VAs.

I learned that you should search VAs on Fiverr based on reviews and how long they have been on Fiverr.

I learned to make sure to turn on Desktop clock (disable web clock) on Hubstaff so the screen shot function is on. Make your VA download Hubstaff to their computer. This is how you manage VAs better.

By working with several VAs your work gets done at your time not at the VAs convenience.

Oh yea if you want your VA to do excel work do not download the worksheet rather "share" the worksheet with VA so you can see him work in real time

For $25 I can be rest assured. that my work is being done while I watch my Lakers.

I would have spent my $25 at a bar anyways.
