Real Estate Liscense for Investors

I was wondering if anybody knows of any brokerage or investors in South Carolina that would allow an investor to hang his license there.  

I'm looking at getting my real estate license to be able to have access to the MLS among other things. I'm not particularly looking to become a full-time agent but I'm looking at be able to utilize the license.
