Can a foreclosed property be switched to another person?

Okay I have this property and I'm still interested in. There are 2 realetors selling it and it's still available and I made a offer and they accepted. It is like a 40,000 fee for me. The realetors dont work with wholesalers. My question is I have a person who buys and sells foreclosed properties all over US. Can he get this property? He works with wholesalers and I have another. Property under contract with him?

So this real estate guru corporation is going to end the contract you have on it, and buy it directly from the mortgage holder?

How are you going to get $40,000? I hope you figure this out on the front end.
