How to get off ‘willing to sell’ list
Hi all, I have 5 single-family rental properties in 2 different states. On just 1 specific property, I get multiple unsolicited daily texts/phone calls ... telling me they want to buy my house for cash, as-is.
Why that 1 house and not the others?
What setting is telling all these real estate buyers that I am willing to sell?
How do I get my name off these lists?
Not trying to stop anyone in the business from making money but it needs to stop.
Thanks, Rick
