Phone app that works in the Philippines

Hey guys, I'm wondering if anyone knows of a phone service that would work from the Philippines so that my VA can send texts from my business number? Right now I use Grasshopper, but the VA agency said that Grasshopper doesn't work from there. I want the VA to be able to use my same number so people recognize it. Switching services isn't a big deal. Thanks!
