What should I do with $150,000 cash?

People always say if you don’t know what to do with your money someone will. Well what would you guys do with $150,000 cash? I would like to here from experience Invester on this one.

I know what I would do.  Use it as a 20% down to get into a good triple net lease with a national brand tenant or I would get into an office building to run my business out of a portion and lease out the other space to other small operators.  Residential tenants are a management headache and I don't have time to manage tenants like I used to and would need something more plug and play.
