I have found a US company I want to do business with, I have signed a NAD. The business looks very promising. I live in Norway, europe and do not have the time to meet in person.

What can be done from abroad to check the company registration (LLC or other)?
How to check the 3 funders ID?
What can I ask for without scaring them off?
What else do i need to sageguard to ensure opportunity are for real?

Hans,

You can check the Sec of State of whichever state they are based out of (or do business in) to see if they are registered...but why would you be worried about scaring them off? You should ask whatever you need to ask to feel comfortable and they should fully understand that, if they don't they are probably hiding something.

Any company that is looking to do business with another company should be ready to disclose information, and you should be willing to ask the tough questions...if that scares them off you probably saved yourself a lot of hassle and money.
