Devils Advocate-Turnkey Property Investment
Turnkey real estate investment will always be downgraded by some and praised by others. I believe everyone would benefit from a calculated discussion/argument for or against this method.
I will put out a few positives and negatives and I am sure I am not the only one who would love to see this list grow..
Positives:
-Allows the investor with limited time but extra capital to participate in the benefits of real estate investment.
-Makes property investment accessible for those living in areas that have limited opportunity within their local market.
-Can provide a valuable learning process with limited risk.
Negatives:
-Paying a premium for real estate in lower class areas?
-Exposes investors to potential properties that have put "lip stick on the pig"
-Getting stuck into "guru" and get rich quick schemes?
Lets grow this list and argue validity for the benefit of us all!
