I've been around BP for several years now. I was watching a commercial on that show, 'Where are they now' where they follow some b-list actor from 30yrs ago etc...

Got me thinking, Who are/were you favorite BP'ers from the past and where do you think they're at now?

My first BP'er choice is MikeOH. I didn't always agree with him 100%. I did read his book which I thought was great. I just knew that anytime landlording, 50% rule oh problems with tenants topics came up, he would chime in and forget to leave the sugar coating off what he was saying.

He stirred up some arguments but I think they were beneficial. I always found it more entertaining when he was around.

WWMikeOHD(What Would MikeOH Do) I think its catchy
