MLS or EPL Soccer fans anyone?
Seeing if any other investors here are interested in soccer, or as MUCH as I am? What teams do you support?
For me, I just went to the CO Rapids season opener vs. the Portland Timbers, Awesome game!
I also follow Arsenal in the EPL, and the US mens national team of course.
How about you? I cant stand basketball, so I'm countering with a little sport I like... :-)

San Jose EarthQuakes!
Nice! I do like the quakes, too bad about their loss to RSL, as a rapids fan, I hate RSL by default! Good luck with your next match vs. FC Dallas! Should be a good one.
How do you like the new kits?

Seriously! You went to see the Rapids and didn't call?
I did, but it was my birthday date with my wife, sooooooo... yeah.
Plenty of games left in the season!

I dig the Rapids games too . . . great stadium! We've seen a few games over the past several years.
i'm a huge soccer fan...actually played pro for the MISL for a year and a half..was the backup goalie for Detroit 2 years ago, and trained in Philly before I was released last year, but that feels like ages ago! now my job is real estate!! MISL is the indoor league btw
Anson, I'm a huge arsenal fan as well..go gunners
Bryan, nice!! Thats awesome man, too bad you cant still be pro!
What are our chances for winning the premier league? I'd say better than some years, missed out on the FA and carling, heres to hoping we take the whole thing!! Go you Gunners!

I used to be a huge soccer fan. I think I am still, but not that much enthusiastic as before. I support the brazil national team, and my favorate players are ronaldo, and ronaldinho.
i gave up soccer for real estate dude...there's no money for soccer in this country lol....
as far as arsenal, i thikn we're in decent shape, but as much as i hate to admit it, man u is lookin good...btw i hate man u!!

Who dosnt hate man u, well, except for man u supporters I guess. Even then, I suspect a little self loathing?
I dont think there is NO money, I mean, the rapids have the least amount of allocation money, about half as much as the next team up, and our highest paid player makes $400k/yr. Thats not bad for 34 games a year.
Now, think what the higher $$ teams players make, galaxy, red bulls, DC united, etc. At least that much if you are good.

haha fair enough..i wasn't a superstar, but a back up goalie in europe makes much more than i did..trust me...as a matter of fact, my buddy was chosen 2nd round as a goalie a few years back, only to be signed for 12,900/year,and he ended up being the starting goalie too...and that was the 2nd round of the mls draft!!..he's moved on to europe now lol...a select few on the mls squads make most of the cash, and the rest of the guys make below 50k
I love soccer! I only play on a league team now, still glad to get out there and compete a little though. I bet you miss it like crazy, Bryan!
I'm also a huge Rapids fan :)
