Because a lot of us are in the wholesaling business, not the rehab and sell business. We can flip our money over a lot faster and not have to deal with all the challenges that come with rehabbing.

How much social media content are you producing? I would definitely start a YouTube channel with neighborhood and property tours. I would also include videos on topics of buying, selling, and financing real estate. I'm sure you can think of other topics to cover. Good luck!

Start a side hustle. You can flip cell phones, washer & dryers, and couches for profit. You can find all of those on Facebook and Craigslist. You'd be surprised at just how fast you can make $25k plus doing that. Good luck!

Start a YouTube channel and learn affiliate marketing. You can start slow and let it build up over time. You don't necessarily have to go the YouTube route, but I would definitely get into affiliate marketing and e-commerce space. Those opportunities will only continue to expand. Good luck!

Flip cell phones, couches, and appliances like washer & dryers. All of these can be bought and sold right off of Facebook Marketplace and in Facebook Groups. You'll even improve your negotiating. Good luck!
