I signed up for a Than Merrill real state investing class (Free) in Bethlehem, Pa. Just looking for feedback. If its a waste of time or not etc. I know there will up selling etc. But if there is something to be learned, what the heck.

it’s a money maker, unfortunately not for you, for them. Study hard, hustle , join local Reia and meet ups and listen to pod cast, get a mentor or buy in to a get rich quick scheme
