Hello BP I have been watching a show on A&E and I have passed by when public storage facilitys have been in the process of auctioning off peoples storage units, I was wondering has anyone on BP attended these type of auctions, any stories ?, just a random thought.!

Thanks, :)

Those who I've heard pursued this opportunity have said it's extremely marketing intensive. There tends to be a high turnover rate in this type of business. But, I guess it can be compared to apartment buildings except it's less people intensive (if you have any issues with non-payment and are forced to evict) as you are only dealing with the items that are stored in the units (instead of actual people who are utilizing the units as in apartment buildings). Hope that helps!
