Always have a pen readily available

For some reason I can't find a single writing utensil(sp?) to sign the listing agreement for our BP Georgia short sale.

With 5 kids, I've narrowed down the suspect to my 5 or 3yr old. They're not confessing. So it looks like I'll be making another trip to get pens just to sign this one contract. I normally require my agents to use docusign.com but no need for this one agent to do that for one particular deal ya know.

Anyways, no lesson taught in this post, just felt like taking space and giving you all the funny image of my running around looking for a pen like a moron. As soon as I get the listing agreement signed and it gets up on the MLS, I'll post a link to it including all the #'s.
