How to add your Profile pic

I've tried a couple different terms in the search menu and nothing pops up with how to add the profile pic. Will someone help a newbie out with a step by step for a Mac or iPhone?

In the upper right corner is your profile picture with a down arrow next to it.  Hover over that and a menu will pop up.  Select "Settings".  At the left is a list of settings.  Profile Picture is the second one.  Click it.  This will bring up the existing picture and a "Upload a Profile Picture" button.
