Hi everyone I'm a new buy and hold investor looking to build a list of local wholesaler to follow and keep in contact with in the thomasville, lexington, high point North Carolina areas. Hey, Toby. Welcome to BP. Are you looking for turnkey properties or ones you can put some value add into? I might  reach out to @Adam Schneider and ask when the next Greensboro, NC Deal Makers Session is. I can't remember if he runs this one, but if not he will know who does. Also find out when the next REIA meeting is around you (look under Community>Networking Events). Lastly, start cruising the Marketplace here on BP and ask to be added to the buyers list of any Wholesalers who are advertising the properties which meet your criteria. Be sure to let them know specifically what you are looking for so they can keep an eye out for you and let you know when they find something.
