I am new to the investment game and coming up on my first home purchase, but it will be in Atlanta. In New Orleans , I know the landscape and have no trouble for having options to house hack , but Atlanta I have no idea . Anyone house hacked in Atlanta ? Do you have any suggestions for a new comer ?

I'd also be interested in the house hacking that happens in Atlanta. I'm from New Orleans, where you can find beautiful duplexes on almost every street. I haven't seen that yet in my Atlanta exploration.
