That's right. New signs on the highway are advising that the fine for littering is $6,240.00.

Apparently tax revenues are down and the state is going to make up the income somehow.

Fines double in construction zones, so you sure don't want to throw an apple core out for the squirrels while you are sitting there stopped by a flagger.
