What would you do first?
Lets say you are way over our head in debt. You are about to close a deal that will make you a nice profit. The money you make from the deal is enough to wipe out some of your debt. Is it wise to start paying off all of your debt first? Use the profit from each deal you close to put toward other projects first and pay debts last?
