Odd question

Does anyone know how to easily and quickly take a picture and add text to it?

I want to take avatar pics from here on BP and put the members twitter accounts in the pic and put it in a cool slide show video program I found.

For instance, I got a pic of Josh, I want to take that pic and then put the text: @jdorkin on it and save it.

anyone?

upload to photobucket, add text, and export. they have different styles of bubbles, and other things for text. no progs needed.
