Happy Thanksgiving BP!

First of all, happy thanksgiving to the whole BP nation! I'm not where I want to be in regards to real estate but I am thankful for all that I have learned throughout the year or so. I am thankful for the family I have and the friends I have made through BP and REI. I'm also thankful that I just got 2 of my first rehab properties UC with the sellers (just waiting on approval from the bank as they are short sales). My goal is to officially get the banks approval now and to start those rehabs in the beginning of next year. My goal next year is to rehab and sell at least 4 properties and to buy and hold 2 others. Now, BP nation, for the holiday spirit, if anyone would like, please say what you are thankful for this year, what your goal for the rest of this year is, and what your goal for next year is. Let's get some motivation going!
