How to Market to Attorneys

Good Afternoon everyone! I was just wondering if anyone had any tips/advice on how to market to attorneys for probate properties. I am new to the probate investing side, and send out multiple letters directly to the executor. I know often times the Executor will give to the attorney. Just trying to gauge any experience or advice on how I should/could market to this attorneys to start building some type of business relationship with them. Thanks in advance!

I've been marketing to probate attorneys for 25+ years. 

The one thing that I have observed about agents and wantra-prenuers is that they only serve as a distraction and are considered time wasters by staff who must open their mail and spend time throwing out the cheap flyers and such.

No. This is not smart. 

What is smart is observing the "10,000 hour rule" (term from Matcolm Gladwell book) that you have mastered your craft first before attempting to play in the big leagues.

THEN (and only then) it makes sense to walk a few miles in the attorneys shies by sitting quietly in the back of courtrooms, observing hearings, the problems and conflicts and then becoming an active attendee at the legal luncheons and other functions. In a word, investing of yourself to become a non-attorney member of their community.
