I don't know if this will work, but here goes, I've got a few sentences that I need to translate into spanish. So I thought I'd type them here, and then go to the spanish language version of the site and get enough words to make myself understood to my buyer.

1. We can close on the house on Monday June 5th, or Tuesday June 6th. Which is better for you?

You will both need to come to the Guaranty Bank, on Highway 281 at Fourth Street. Is lunch time good for you. If so what time?

You will need to contact the Electric Company to put the electricity into your names. They will require a deposit.

You will need to go to the City Hall to put the water into your names.

You will need to bring one thousand, five hundred, seventy seven dollars with you.
