We have had the idea for a while to create a shared work space with other RE Professionals around the Columbus area, and now we have the opportunity!

We have an opportunity to snag a bigger office space in our current building and looking to share that with other RE Professionals in the Columbus area!

The office space is just off Avery Rd right in between Hilliard and Dublin.

This office has 2 big offices, 2 other private areas that could be used as offices or shared conference areas.  There is also a good sized pull pen area that currently has 3 cubes in it.

There are 3 of us and the rent is $900/month.  We are flexible with configuration.  We are looking to share the space and price of the rent. 

The office is also fully furnished which we can work out a deal with the previous tenant or have him remove it all.
