Hello BP nation. 

I would like to know if there are any investors who invest in Gary Indiana.  I ask because I currently own a note to a property there.  I may end up with the property due to foreclosure so I wanted to seek advise from any investors out there in Gary about what is the most favorable exit strategy for that market. Buy and hold, flip, or wholesale.  Thank you.
