tablet pc's? go paperless

for awhile now i have had my tablet pc. i bought it so that i could use the digitizer pen for people to sign my contracts once i started getting into the investing game. I finally figured out how to do it i am so excited :) this will truly make it easier for me i think. who else has tablet pc's out there?

when you need to fax something for them to sign do you use your gotvmail or does that only receive faxes? gotvmail is pretty awesome.

right now Im using faxes at whatever location Im at to send from, but I almost never have to since just about everyone emails now. Was thinking of getting an actual efax or myfax account so I could do outgoing faxes fom the laptop (send an email with pdf or doc files attached to myfax or efax acct for sending), but I send them so rarely, I could get away with what I have now. I think if I upgraded to Windows Vista Business Pro, I could use its Winfax option through a wireless bluetooth connection (Verizon CDMA Cell Phone Modem) with my Verizon Smartphone to send directly from windows, but again, not really worth it for me at this point.

i got you so mostly if they want the paperwork just email them and then use your vmail to have them efax it back to you? that makes total sense. thanks circle

Yes, but with a service like Docusign you can close a transaction via eSignatures like I did just 15 minutes ago. I signed the closing documents for an apartment complex in another state after I got word the seller signed them. Because of the federal legislation and because the service meets the standards, the documents are recordable and enforceable.
