Ok

As I posted a week ago, I just put my first flip up on the market. While off on vacation I check in hoping I had some offers on the house; but instead get informed by my realtor someone broke into the house and stole my appliances... I have been working on the house for 6 months and even went back home for months... But I feel as soon as the for sale sign went up it open the door for criminals.

Is anyone else have these issues and if so how do you prevent this? Add security alam which just increase my carrying cost...

Jerry
