I am looking to put an offer in on a condo with a wholesaler who operates in seveal states, however I could not find any reviews on them and wanted to see if anyone in BP as worked with American Capital Partners?

That is tough, I think if you want them it may be a good idea get a lease in place even if it is month to month to set the terms in place in case the fail to pay on time. If not I would start the eviction.

Great job and congrats on getting an offer! Now that you've completed this flip,would you buy another house in the west end and what was your biggest challenge with this flip?

@Tim Lindstrom I'm the same way about getting  calls, I use a realtor now who is good but I think I would  get more attractive deals if I found a good wholesaler that I was comfortable working with in the long run.

@Nikki Robinson  congrats on your 1st active lead. Your definitely taking action on getting into the wholesale business. Hopefully the mold is not a big deal and the numbers work for you so that this can become your first completed deal. Good luck!
