Why do you use BP

Bigger Pockets is a great site that allows like minded individuals reach out to one another to share knowledge, success stories, and practical experience.  What do you find most valuable here-

-Vast pool of experienced investors

-Being able to network with local and distant investors

-Create partnerships

-Learn from others mistakes and successes

-Ability to help others

-Generate new ideas

-Or something completely different

I am still amazed that such a great site exists w/o any pushy sells products and numerous helpful experts that log on each day to help others.

I'm not saying BP specifically landed me this deal, taught me how to do it, or helped me fund it, but it am saying that in part, because of my time spent on BP, I became an investor that enabled me to do a deal that resulted in a seven figure payday! Granted it took time, but this is one of many reasons why one should put time into this site . . . To better their knowledge, experience, contacts, network, etc. I started with a desire, and to this day, that desire becomes a new and greater one.
