To all,

How many deals did you do last year?

I am not going to limit it to buying or selling a property. A deal here will mean you participated in a RE transaction as a principal or even as a broker/agent.

How many deals did you touch in some way in 2006. Not the number of properties you managed. Though I am interested in the PM details lets leave them out of this poll.

You purchased, you sold, you brokered or flipped the deal, you arranged the financing, etc. A transaction. The transaction needs to have completed successfully to count. You only get to count each transaction once but if you purchase, refurbished and then sold the property that would be 2 transactions.

If you then want to comment on how you voted and what 2006 was like for you that would be great but not required.
