Hello.

My "uncle" ( not related through blood ) who has no next of kin except for his sister and children. ( my uncle and his sister have absolutely no relationship, and he has no relationship with his nephews or neices )

Wants to give me his business and the land it sits on. However this is been all talk and where I am sure he will completely honor his word, I would like to get this in writing. What type of attorney would i need to consult to answer questions regarding a deal like this.

Thank You for your help.
