Do Contractors Do Walk Through With Investors!!!

Afternoon everyone,

I was wondering if anyone had this experience before and/or if it was allowed. Have anyone worked with General Contractors that will do a walk through with you (investors) before purchasing a property and possibly give you an estimate on the rehab? Thank you so much for everyone that is willing to help. -Jose M
