Went To My First BP Meetup!

The title of this post is so sad, since I've been here on BP for years now, but I finally got off my butt and got to an event!

I'm a wholesaler turned Hybrid Investor and my primary business has been with sellers. I recently started working with investor buyers [only] and one of my new clients let me know about the event!

What's interesting is that the talk was on acquiring properties by using a trust is used "as the bank" (basically a mini-syndication). I'm still letting my mind mull over the concept since trust is new territory for me. I'd read a BP post that described using trusts as a way to work around unassignable contracts when wholesaling (which is brilliant btw) and this opened my eyes to another use case scenario.

I'm definitely excited to get to more BP events! The people in our community are awesome and I always walk away with something I can take action on after talking with you!

To the free markets!🥂
