Property Management Clermont Florida (near Kissimmee/Davenport)

Good Morning All:

I am in need of a property manager for a short term rental in Clermont as my current property managers are retiring.  I am finding most property managers want a piece of my bookings, which I do not wish to share.  I pay a monthly fee now for management and pool, as well as the cleanings in between guests, bug service, etc and wish to find someone who does this type of property management.  I do my own bookings and we are booked solid with excellent reviews.  I do not need help, nor do I want it, in that area.  Any suggestions from my friends here with short term rentals in that area?  Thanks so much!
