Preferably reliable cleaners that specialize in STR's and provide the starters for our guests. We have full PM now but self manage other properties with the help of a fantastic crew and hope to do the same in Clermont.

Hello All:

We just purchased a unit on Hilton Head Island.  I prefer a fee based PM.  I do all my own bookings and dealing with guests but need someone who can check on the unit and attend to repairs when need be.  For my other units I pay a monthly fee of $125 for the PM to be "on call" and then pay per visit to the unit.  Usually they also set up/perform housekeeping but if I had a line on a great housekeeper, I do not mind making those arrangements myself separately.  Does anyone on here have a unit in HH that can lead me in the right direction? I am in need of a property manager for a short term rental in Clermont as my current property managers are retiring.  I am finding most property managers want a piece of my bookings, which I do not wish to share.  I pay a monthly fee now for management and pool, as well as the cleanings in between guests, bug service, etc and wish to find someone who does this type of property management.  I do my own bookings and we are booked solid with excellent reviews.  I do not need help, nor do I want it, in that area.  Any suggestions from my friends here with short term rentals in that area?  Thanks so much!

LOL.  Good to know!  I run a very busy practice but I could do 5 mins/day and I already was sent a number for what sounds like a great housekeeping/property maintenance husband/wife team.  Thanks again!

We are closing on a 3/3 condo near Walt Disney World on 8/24/18.  We need a reliable property management company.  We have looked into Evolve (would like a little more on the management side of things) and Vacasa (poor reviews/very high booking fee charged to our guests) but are wondering if there is a better local option.  It is overwhelming as there are so many and each one touts the best results.  They cannot all have the best results.  Does anyone have any experience with this?  Are you happy with your property manager? Has anyone used Evolve and, if so, were you able to set everything up like a full service property management experience through their vendors? Thanks for any help you can provide.
