Hey all! Needing some tips and options that could be explored in my unique situation. I have about 500k in capital to use, but the problem I'm having is getting loans because I'm only 24 with no previous work experience because I was in college. I'm intrested in all types of investments, single family, multi, commercial, raw land development, etc...
