What type of gross and net income can I expect with a 2BD/2BA condo in Gulf Shores, Alabama?

Mine are in Orange Beach next door, but we help a lot of BP members buy condos in Gulf Shores & Orange Beach. It depends on if you are going to have it professionally managed or self manage and varies by complex. Most of them will do at least 10% gross revenue of the sales price if professionally managed, but most of our clients that are self managing are doing much better than that. Most will be cash flow positive, but that also varies based on many factors such as your financing, HOA fees, etc. Feel free to PM me if I can be of further assistance!
