@Steve Armstrong, we used Barr Group in Gulf Shores to purchase ours. They were very good.

Does anyone have any advice on getting snowbirds to rent for longer stays in the off-season in Gulf Shores, AL?

How well do condos do compared to cabins in Gatlinburg? There seem to be a good amount of them for sell. I’m trying to figure out is it worth going for.

@Luke Carl do you know anything about the Fort Morgan area, and about snowbirds? My wife and I just purchased a condo (2BD/2ba on the beach), and we’re trying to figure it out as we go.

@Denise Evans, do you know if Jefferson County will be one of the counties doing this new way of tax liens?
