Looking for multi-family agent specialist in Kansas City, KS
Does anyone know of a good real estate agent to contact who specializes in multi-family residential.
I am a RE agent out in CA and I am wanting to purchase some investment property in Kansas City, KS particularly in Johnson County as I have a lot of family in Overland Park area and frequent the area often. I like what I see in this area and I would like to get linked up with an RE professional who really knows the business from an investment standpoint.
I am looking for something between 4-10 units. In good shape or in need of repair is fine with me as my family are in the trades there. My main concern is location. Please respond if you are or know of a great contact. Thanks!

I bought several multifamilies last summer through William Robison 816-804-1226. He then became my P.M. Not sure if he is a multifamily specialist, but I was happy with the process.
I think he knows most of the suburbs pretty well.
