I'm interested in seeing who is actively investing in Iowa City, North Liberty, Coralville, Tiffin, and Solon areas.  I'd like to do some more networking with some local folks!

I'm currently renting out a duplex in Iowa City and I'm looking for my next investment opportunity, either continuing solo or possibly with a partner.  

I am by far not an expert so I'd like to see what I can learn from others and share what I've learned so far.
