Hey folks,

My name's Elijah, and I have a handful of rental units in the Des Moines area. I thought I'd light a beacon so to speak to see if any investors/ landlords (and those thinking of becoming so) would care  to meet up as a group for coffee once a week. I'm sure we could all learn a bit from one another, and make some local connections in the process. If interested let me know!
