Networking - Landlords looking to sell in future

Hi All,

Looking to network with landlords in Cedar Rapids/Iowa City that may want to sell off some income properties in the future.  Looking to increase my network.  Especially interested in Seller Financing, which keeps bringing in monthly income without having to still be the landlord nor get all your income from selling your property at once.
