Hey everyone, new BP and out of state investing. I just had an offer accepted in Indianapolis for a single family home and I am looking for a good and economical management company. Any recommendations or review would be greatly appreciated.

PMI Midwest and PMI Indianapolis are both awesome companies. Very knowledgeable professional organizations. Costs for PM's are all very similar, services are not. Do your research but either Joe or Mark will take excellent care of you.
