Getting Sponsored by a Broker in Indiana

I am considering getting my real estate license in Indiana. This would primarily be to represent myself, and a few family members, on deals for investment properties. Looking for recommendations on the following:

1) Easiest / cheapest broker to "hang" my license with

2) Best online pre-license courses

Thanks in advance for your help!

 Hello Carly,

1. eXp Realty operates in all 50 states and has an $85/month tech fee. I found this to be the best bang for my buck as the fee includes a pretty easy backend system that helps simplify the clerical side of the business. Tons of other benefits to go along with this.

There are certainly some cheaper models out there, I'm just not familiar with your local market.

2. Realestateexpress.com - I took my licensure course online for less than $200. This included a course exam and study material.

Best of luck to you moving forward!

Abel
