Vehicles Left on Property, Are they Mine

Hey all,

I recently bought a house through foreclosure and there is a car and a trailer on the property after being sold to me.  

My question is,

It's been 35 days since close, is the car and trailer mine?

@Tony Tan It is abandoned personal property. It doesn't belong to you. You should call the DMV and give them the VIN number of the vehicle so that they can track down the owners. The DMV can also advise you on how to get the title to the vehicle.
