Traveling to Indy 9/18-9/30 would love to meet people in the know

Hello fellow investors! With the goal of getting a couple rental properties, we'll be going to Indy towards the end of September and would love to meet other investors to chat and learn about the different neighborhoods and investing options. We have some rentals in Seattle in C class neighborhoods (Section 8 and the like) but would love to see if we can get something better in Indy that can get good cashflow + appreciation. Open to any nearby areas as well.

Any REIA meetings that are active? What do you recommend we do to get the most out of our trip?
