@Phil DuChamp Yes we did. I did not have success trying to contact them directly but got referred (introduced) by a friend of mine who closed on a property with them earlier this year.

Totally understood and thank you for the recommendations. I certainly don't want to waste anyone's time, however I am mostly ignorant to what the area has to offer and need to educate myself as well as receive some trustworthy guidance in order to gain that knowledge so I can focus down on an area or two within my price range.

What are the best areas/neighborhoods to target that are desireable and attract quality tenants? Any information or insight you can provide to help me learn about the area would be much appreciated!
