When you are doing a flip in Indiana can you do the work yourself or do you need a contractor

Yes, you can do it yourself - but I'm a firm believer in paying the professionals [contractors, CPS's, Attorney's, Realtors, etc].
Of course finding a "good" contractor is a whole other conversation....
