Manufactured Homes, Contract for Title
Looking for input from IL REIs on investing in manufactured homes. Specifically, in 55+ developments where rentals are not allowed.
Rehab / Fix-and-flip on Contract for Title seems a possible solution to what would normally be a buy-fix-hold strategy in non-manufactured properties.
Your thoughts would be most helpful.
